The Second Floor

The second floor was designed integrate with the open first floor, accomplished by the open staircase and catwalk leading to the open loft, while also providing a getaway and privacy for the occupants of the bedrooms.

Ceiling and pot lights in living spaces are operated by dimmers connected to the Control4 home automation system. The Loft includes in-ceiling speakers connected to the central Control4 audio system; the each of the bedrooms are pre-wired and easily accessible for speaker installation.
