Escarpment & Wildlife
Live up on the Niagara Escarpment, and back directly onto 43 acres of NEC (Niagara Escarpment Commission) protected greenspace! Good luck finding this again – the number of undeveloped properties bordering greenspace is shrinking, and the NEC and CVC (Credit Valley Conservation) are tightening the rules every day.
